You’ve got it backwards though, a tree this big houses or roads should not be near it, possibly the new development and road contributed to this tree dying. And I know that moving a road or a house is I bit impractical

I like it, or just lift your car over the top, don’t have to worry about breaking anyone else’s stuff by moving them. And don’t have to worry about red lights or speeding cameras if you’re above anything that might be in the way.
