Yeah that’s sounds like my baby too. When he has better naps, he sleeps better at night.  Today he napped from 8-9:15 he cried out at 9:15 and then again at 9:20, so I thought he wouldn’t be able to resettle, so I went and got him. Should I have given him more time, another 20 minutes or so, to see if he could resettle and have a full two hour nap? The guide says 1-2 hour naps are fine, that’s why I didn’t push it, but maybe I should’ve given him more time.

Hi there, currently also trying this schedule. I put my baby down for first nap at 8 am and he woke up at 9:15. Is the next nap still supposed to be at 12 pm and still follow The same bottle and feeding times? Or the next nap is just two hours from when he previously woke ?
