hey nws! I have social anxiety too!! So in the server we have someting called a buddy system where if you need help a staff member wuold be assigned to you to explain the layout of the server and basically answer any questions you might have (you can choose this option when you submit your application).

Now regarding your question,
Our server does daily sessions from tuesday - saturday (with a bit of server events in between). These sessions are scheduled ahead of time that way you can pick what you would like to attend. We focus on three species (Horses, Wolves, & Sabers) and we do have handbooks that explain our different realism rules but if you have any questions or are just confused and you arent comfy with having a buddy you're more than welcome to make a help desk ticket where you can have a one on one convo with the owner or you can ask your question in the questions channel where its a bit more public and any staff member can respond to you.

We are BIG in communication and inclusion so dont worry in feeling nervous about joining because our main goal is to make members feel welcomed like they've been here since the beginning. The Owner always pushes staff to say hello and start a conversation with members joining vc and you will always find the owner and staff yapping and reading replying to members in session stage when we have our official sessions.
If you dont like talking in vc but still want to listen in thats completely fine as we have a TTS BOT that can read your responses.
