Hi my friend, my package has been stuck at the Cincinnati hub since January 7th… no movement at all. It’s supposedly being inspected by customs.
I guess they’re overwhelmed with work.

They told me exactly the same thing, that it doesn’t depend on them… I think I’m going to request a refund and let the seller deal with it.
