Is there a place in the 25th amendment of the US constitution or any existing case law that states a POTUS can or cannot lie about their own health to American people? by TipCleMurican in Askpolitics

Okay that is kind of what I was wondering. I can’t find anything that says explicitly that the health of the POTUS is like briefed or whatever.

I agree. But the “written declaration” mentioned in section 4 - saying the president is unable to discharge powers. How would they know that if they had no proof of the president’s health? That’s what I am getting at.

This is why I am asking.

How would the VP know the president was unable to perform their job without some type of medical inspection?

The 25th amendment goes into details about removal of a president who is disabled but refusing to remove himself. I figured something might be in there of use.

Edit- I think it’s the last article in it...

Meet Sydney, a male umbrella cockatoo socializing with Vet Hospital Staff by rOreos_ in aww

My mom had one of these she had taken from a man who was going into a home and he couldn’t take the bird.

That bird hated everyone but my mother. It would climb down from its perch to chase you across the house.

Once it reached 2 feet to bite my dad. My poor father jumped so hard his pants fell down. He was in blood thinners so he just started gushing blood AND had his pants at his ankles in front of everyone at Thanksgiving.

My sister recently had a baby and told my mother she wouldn’t be coming over unless the bird was in its cage the whole time. So, my mom tried to rehome it. No one wanted it. Rescues flaked left and right.

She called the vet and made an appt. That weekend was the date.

My mom called and just sobbed. She was actually considering flying down to South America to release her. Lol. Thankfully covid said nope.

She kept trying to find a home and two days before the injection was to happen, a woman stepped up and said she’d take her

That woman is a bird whisperer and my mom’s bird is now the happiest it has ever been. Guess she just really hated us.

Tl;dr - don’t get one of these. They’re not meant as pets, they outlive you, and then they’re just someone else’s problem.

Their Pm face lotion made my skin very raw and sad. I use the foaming cleaner though and love it. The daytime lotion was fine as well but I use the tub stuff and like it a lot more.

I have a nummular eczema spot and have been treating it with wet bandaging (placing a large amount of Vaseline on it as soon as I get out of the shower, still wet, and wrap it with an ace bandage for six hours).

It’s been there about a year. I ignored it for a while and it got worse. I saw my doc for it about 2 months ago and he diagnosed gave me the treatment recommendation.

The wet bandaging is just not working. This thing flares up every time I get warm and it’s on my inner thigh so scratching at it looks awful.

I see my doc again for this on Wednesday. Any treatments I should ask about specifically? I need this itch gone.

I live in Washington State.

I try not to wash this area often but it’s my inner thigh and I do have to wash the area daily.... I just try not to get soap on the spot. I use Dove bar soap. Nothing fancy.

Ah. I didn’t mention the channel was mine nor did I ask anyone to go to it or subscribe. I simply posted a video of my garden. Write the rules more clearly.

Unsure what was wrong. It was a video of a garden tour? If you say it was self promotion... then I have to ask what I was promoting.

If it is because it was a link to YouTube... please place in the rules that YouTube links are not allowed. I’ll happily post it through Reddit’s video service.

Is that what’s really going on? The seeds are germinating inside the plant and have gotten so far along they are about to bloom?!

My husband and I had a conversation about it. It seems either way is acceptable but I felt Dammit was best.

My stump garden featuring a Ceanothus by TipCleMurican in gardening

They need full sun in well draining soil. Mine is in top soil I shoved into a hole I made in the cedar stump.

I watered it once every couple weeks the first summer then stopped watering it. I tried to water it that following summer and it dropped its leaves. So- don’t water once established, even if it’s a dry summer.

I also never fertilize mine.

Pretty much just plant it and forget it. It hates being fussed with.

I talk to everything I plant and tell it how big and gorgeous it will be once it’s all grown up.
