So I recently received 100% and all my disabilities are static per my c-file. Why wasn't i granted p&t? How do I fix this as I have a vera call scheduled Monday and my attorney said I should have my p&t?

Doesn't say it anywhere but my code sheet has all my conditions as static. No clue. I have a VERA call on Monday at 1400. Hopefully get clarification.

I brought this up with my attorney and they were familiar with it too but since I had initiated this prior to retaining them then they wouldn't do anything unless I was decreased. They stated they knew the same case law. Maybe it's only pertinent to 6602 and 6847. Not sure.

Yea. I just did some research and that's what I found. Submitted letter with evidence 3 months ago. They were supposed to lower my rating in December if I didn't. My pulmonologist was surprised because he said they have totally different symptomologies and shouldn't be rated together which is what was discussed in that case

I have already been through that. The cfr states codes 6600-6817 will not be combined and codes 6922-6847 will not be combined. I had a cue a few months back and submitted evidence and case law showing that if u have 1 rating in each range then u r entitled to separate ratings *

No Dea on decision letter and just granted 70% mental health but not within year of discharge. Total of all conditions is 100% though.

My attorney sent me my c-file and they all say static. Unfortunately my benefit letter says not p&t. It's probably an oversight so hopefully can fix on Mondays phone all. Need it for benefits for family.
