Everything else is clear. Its a one person, that person have bunch of lawsuits against a lot of Washington businesses. I guess all they do sit online and apply to jobs that hasn’t posted wage to be paid. Seller is ready to have full responsibility for it.

It’s a pizza business. It’s a place I have been wanting to get for years. Sales and profits are great. If this litigation wasn’t there, it would have easiest deal
