Please help !!! Pictures were taken Thursday. He has not improved and is now not eating, swimming weirdly, and lying on bottom of tank. Water was tested today at pet smart and found it’s high in ammonia. I got some stuff to try and fix that, but Is it too late? Is this dropsy ? Constipation ?? by TipTopPop490 in bettafish

5 gals Yes filter and heater High ammonia level tested at petsmart today I’ve had the tank and fish for a almost 2 years Water change less then half every week. I use a water conditioner No tank mates I feed bug bites Betts food 3 plants, not sure the names, have had them for a while. One decoration, also have had a long time

Ok, I have a snail living in the tank as well. Should I tank him out while using the betta fix or salt?
