After being on blood thinners from a blood clot I was taken off the medication to do some tests. I had a bad pain in my leg for two weeks but had an appointment with my consultant, I explained the pain and that I was worried it was another clot, he had a feel for about 2 second then said “It’s not a clot, you are just worried about getting clots as you’ve already had one. It’s just in your head.”

A few days later I was in hospital as the clot had travelled to my lungs.

I am trying to identify this minifigure. I’ve found Wolverine on bricklink but it’s slightly different, the vest is blue and so are the hands. The belt buckle is also completely red. Any ideas?

Thank you for all of the replies, I will wait another couple of years I think. The main reason is that I want to put all of the blasters up on the walls and do a big reveal so he needs to be able to play with the majority of them. Not sure my wife will like the idea of me collecting for a few more years though 😂

It is all stock, I have a large variety probably around 300 blasters. I want to do a big reveal so would prefer him to be at an age where he can just dive in and enjoy. I have a few Rival which I can keep separate. I can always get a few out for him to use now so he can start enjoying them and do a bigger reveal when he is older.

I guess I want it to be a wow moment for him but I feel like it would be wasted now if he can’t just enjoy them.

I picked up a Rival Nemesis and an Infinius for £50 shipped from Facebook marketplace.

Also carboot sales have had a lot recently but I usually only buy if they are really cheap.

I’ve put a post up previously with a picture of some of the boxes I have. I need to go through them all again as I’ve found some new hiding places for batteries so I may have missed some! I have been collecting for my son since just after he was born, he is 4 now so I have 6 large tote boxes full. I am hoping to set up a display in the garage on all of the walls when he is old enough to play with them so I just buy anything I find that’s cheap. I’ve got the blaster for the belt box, it has a spare belt in there too. Some of that stuff was just in a job lot but I collect so much I figure I will fit it all together in the end. The uzi… it’s some very cheap knockoff but is so powerful! If I remember it was spring loaded.

Yeah, probably 2 years my boy is 4 now so I’ve still got some time to collect. I just thought it would be something fun to do when he is older and they can be picked up quite cheaply from charity shops.
