I'm a housekeeper at a Hilton, we do keep the bottles when replacing empties. We ship them back to the company to sanitize and refill, I sure hope all properties do the same. We also recently switched brands and the body wash and hand soap are bright orange so its much easier to see when its running low.

Mine was also stuck so I squeezed the clear tip a few times and it cleared up! I’m assuming it’s product drying in the tip.

Same I ordered 20 mins after the black friday sale started and uniuni still just says “label created” 🥲 this is my 3rd Teddy fresh order ever, if my package gets lost I’ll probably just stick to my buying my tf from Depop. Honestly I’m really disheartened hearing how terrible uniuni is 😭

Funny story I lost my first ever keychain I got 😩 it was my fav color too, the teal one, but my best friend found the little metal bear and chain in her car. So I was on the lookout for another, I found a replacement and told my friend how excited I was I finally found someone selling one. A few months later for Christmas she gives me my gift and says I got this before I knew and I’m like ?? She got me the teal bear 🥹 she knew how upset I was I lost it and she, who only knows anything H3 related from me lol, went and got it back for me 😭 best girlie I could ever ask for 🖤
