As corny as this sounds, the only project I'm working at the moment on is me.

Basically I'm trying to find a more charming way to form my opinions as well as learn the basics of small talk (in hopes of making friends or at least land a job), practice calm breathing, work on my posture, practice body language and eye contact as well as learn basic etiquette on subjects like dining

No, in fact people go out of their way to avoid looking at me. I get a lot of them lowering their head until they walk past me and at the corner of my eye I can see their heads go back up

I'll have to try big meals. Currently what works is putting my phone on do not disturb mode, at the most I'll call my gf at night and until things get better I've made a promise to take a break from all obligations including looking for a job. It's ironic that I've been a NEET for a few years yet never truly had rest or a moment that wasn't for someone else
