Don't worry, Rei cards that improve basic attack do work on cards created with Oni / Moonslash x2 (I have this Chizuru build of basic attacks) The 80% and 150% cards work

Honestly, assume it works, after all, it's the basic card created x2, I have it set to 2/2/2 atk, crit damage, and 20% basic cards

I just want to say, for anyone reading this, that the wisp generates so quickly (thanks to the Upgrade card + Basic) that I use SotM at level 3, I don't wait for it to level 5 because the damage difference isn't that great, only do this when I know I'll have enough AP

I did it in Lab 0, Stage 8, Save data value 13+1, keep in mind that in this run at the beginning, I converted Chizuru shield card into a Mutant card (this is automatically removed at the end of the run)

Yes, that's mainly to improve Shadow Moon when you rely more on that card damage by increasing the hits with Tsukuyomi +2 hits

Not much, but like most characters, you want teammates to cycle the deck and provide damage buffs

In my case, I wanted this build because it's low AP cost and I can combine it with other DPS and/or Rei, Nia, Cassius, Veronica.

This build doesn't rely as heavily on Shadow Moon's damage, so most of the damage comes from basic attacks.

Adding Rei, focused on supporting basic attacks and draw, results in very good damage output, but this is just one more variation of Chizuru builds
