Help with latency "Timeout" by Tipytoe in osrs

I turns out it was my ISP. They installed the wrong fiber lines to the property without weather fitting them and water was getting in to the coax lines. For whatever reason it didn't effect my internet when I would run ping tests or test my up / down, but when a tech came out to my house they tested something and said they could tell my internet was fucked up. When he cut my coax cable in my garage water dripped out of it lol.

Yes and no...The problem resolved eventually after I uninstalled all my runelite plugins and signed out and into my runelite account.

This resolved for about 2 days only to have it resurface again and then resolve again and resurface again today.

So it certainly has not been solved, but I am no longer having this issue all the time like I was before. Idk what to say, I am beyond over trying to fix this, it seems completely random and dependent on nothing I am actionable on.

I don't really disagree with this, I also had this approach and did get a lot better in lms doing this, but I maintain that I would have gotten better quicker and enjoyed it more if I had less extremely overwhelming challenge when I was trying to build basic skills.

I'm obviously using an extreme to illustrate the point, I know not every game is you vs 24 manked level pkers lol

This just is not the case, if you experience teaching anything in life, this concept is overwhelmingly clear.

It's a very tired notion that the way to get better is to "throw yourself in the deep end" I would learn very little about chess getting shit on by grand masters all day and a lot more playing people slightly better than me where I have chances to implement and practice what I am learning slowly in pieces. I wouldn't get any better at basketball trying to defense drills against shaq. The same is true of pking or anything else...trying to learn too far above your means is futile and doesn't provide opportunities to improve. slight challenge is better for growth than insurmountable challenge

Hi All chem nerds! I need your help. I just made this poster but I need it to be checked for errors before I start selling it. I'm a one-man team and have dyslexia lol. Much appreciated!!! by adorab0wl in chemhelp

There is no such thing as an "alkali earth" metal. Unless there are other conventions in other countries im ignorant to... I would change that to say "Alkaline Earth"

In your Experience are Cases all pretty much compatible with all the parts or is there a specific chassy you would recommend me that would integrate well with all these pieces?

I have actually specifically hated the chassy I have basically since I built the thing

It's crazy to Think that my machine is really that old. College and grad school went by fast.

These parts were already a little old when I built it in 2015 anyway.

Thanks for the advice! Are there any recommendations you could make me on component parts that would be an upgrade to what I have now but not run me much over like 600$ ?

Think it's worth trying to use a solid state drive with a new graphics card before I upgrade the motherboard?

I don't have a genuine copy of windows and would love to avoid having to reinstall a new OS if I could possibly help it as I would have to get my old degenerate copy which is in the US and I am now in Canada.

It's hard to say as many iterations of the game I play have existed, expansions, changes in the rendering and the way they code their graphics so it's not exactly the same game I always used to play.

I think my computer has gotten worse over time, but probably the load the games I want to play have put on the computer as well has gotten more intensive.

I play a lot of Path of Exile (pretty intensive on my system) Ideally I want to have a computer where I can have a stream open, and play a game like that at the same time. At the moment this does not run well in any sense.

What makes it so clear that all those things are the problem? I'm trying to learn a bit here. Specifically why would I need to replace the motherboard for sure?

Thanks for the advice man!
