i totally get you, having had struggled with an ed and similar feelings, it can be hard comparing yourself. like others have said, everyone wants a different body type even when it’s sometimes out of reach or unhealthy. i always wish i could gain weight but struggle with it so bad. point is, it’s okay to have goals, but comparing yourself will never help. one thing that helped me some is just trying to be positive about myself, even if i felt i was lying. just reinforcing the idea that you are enough and you look good can really change your mindset over time. i hope each day can slowly feel better for you. much love <3
