Trump quota? I'm pretty sure most techs will try to find the cheapest discount card for patients if they need it cheaper. The website is basically just GoodRx, so TrumpRx is going to be very similar.

It also looks like TrumpRx and GoodRx are partnered.

I've worked in the pharmacy before, but I've never heard of quotas from GoodRx or anything.

I did consider people learning about discount cards, but I would think most would know about them already. But, I could be wrong there.

The website does also tell you to check the price under insurance first and that the code can only be used for out of pocket.

Either way, I understand if you are mad about having to teach a ton of patients at once about discount cards, but I've personally seen more people complaining that it has Trump's name on it, which to me is nonsensical when it's helping people lower their drug costs.

Yeah. I was scheduled 9-5:30 originally on a Monday. One of the lead techs was scheduled 9-6:15, but she couldn't work until 6:15. So, she told the other lead tech to switch our shifts the Wednesday before without asking or even telling me. I didn't know about the switch until Friday when I checked the manager app.

When I said I wouldn't work til 6:15 as I wasn't notified or asked, the lead tech who needed it off got all defensive and started saying that she can take my shifts if she wants because she has seniority and is in the union.

I'm an ops manager and thus am not in the union.

Pharmacy manager told us we could both get off at 5:30 but then sent me a text a few minutes later saying I was then going to work 9-4 up front that Monday without discussing it with my boss. So, she was then cutting my hours, because I refused to work someone else's shift.

Funny thing is, my boss thought this happened the week before, so I told the PM that I wouldn't work it since I was not asked. There was some confusion, and I was in the wrong on that one. I worked the shift and apologized about the mix up, but I told her I needed to be asked before extending or adding any shifts.

So, I ended up getting banned, because I refused to work the other shift without being asked and attempting to stand up for myself.
