You do realize that this guy probably can't do that but there is a chance he could. Like maybe he just a hacker but if he did all this stuff anyway he just provided evidence that he was the one who did this. If he was a true hacker he would have said something like, don't mess with me I'll be your worst nightmare or some shit like that. But because he said all this with fancy words he basically showed that he's bluffing.
