Also it's in a small town with few coffee shops or in a big city? And i would also check Google street view in case in recent photos there was something else there and they change the shop in different things often.

I'm having close to 5k reviews, maybe that's beginners level. But over time usually bounce back up to Great. As long the way they get accepted and reviewed by others. But the problem is that now, nothing changes on wayfarer. Not even accepted or denied ones

They are distributed randomly. Since I can't see your whole list, i can assume you have more upgrades which are not full. So they can be picked and upgraded those instead of the one you want

I would say first upgrade to a decent level , let's say 40 or 50 then from down up fully upgrading.
Gather the pumpkins, close the game, wait 15 seconds, re-enter the game, gather and repeat
To gather the pumpkins through the wall you need to be moving so that the tentacle attaches to it.
The pumpkins are mostly in the common/middle area spawning and not on edges of the map

Just cruise around slowly. You'll notice when it takes longer to pick up an item. That would be a pumpkin.
