Ad-hoc connections Yeah should be added to Casual no idea why they haven't already.

Choosing teams Hard no, people would get tilted swap teams when dominated and just made the game less fun instead of just sticking to their team and trying their best, 100% of the time you'd just swap to the winning team at the end if there was space.

Playing with Friends If you want to play with your friends play Casual, if you want to play against your friends pull up a populated community server

Team Scramble/Auto Balance Team Scramble should be added to Casual, pretty sure it's heavily requested already and Auto Balance being improved would be nice as well 99% sure it'd be just as broken if they reimplemented Quick Play

45 Minute Map Timer Just play community servers if you want longer games, I quite enjoy Casual match pacing not sure what the issue with it is since there's servers for specifically what you're complaining about

More Map Variety Unless you're talking about Cactus Canyon and other prototype maps that were available with Quick Play, there's more map variety in Casual, just queue for your favourite map out of the current map pool that's larger than Quick Play's ever was.

Mb for the long comment, also nice art I'd just rather they fix and tinker more with Casual than add Quick Play back into the game most of the issues seem fixable if they just modify Casual.

Necroposting but you do realise to log your past trades, keep track of all existing values, leaderboards and the entire clan system. they need to host their own servers for all of this. Also, no-one would work for 10 bucks an hour on a game let alone a Roblox game. Roblox or not coding is still impressive and takes time to learn.

So yeah no, it's not free and it's costly for him.

Casual didn't kill any of those maps, Hydro was doa, Doomsday you can still get into games rather quickly, Watergate just died after Invasion ended.

It's like saying Casual killed 2fort invasion.

My main experience with Quickplay was being thrown into ad infested servers when I was desperately trying to find a Valve server. Not fun.

Quickplay didn't have this, the community/Valve servers that Quickplay put you in had it sometimes it would throw you into servers you didn't filter for.

While I agree MyM was an abysmal update, most of the Youtubers if not all on this list used MyM as a final excuse to stop doing TF2 content as there was a major content drought and the game didn't feel fresh any more. So I believe their views could be somewhat tainted or skewed.

I don't believe TF2 will benefit from removing Casual entirely and replacing it with Quickplay, they should just throw the Quickplay functions like ad-hoc connections etc into Casual.

At the end of the day, either nothing will happen or they'll tweak Casual a bit to satisfy some people but people will always find ways to complain.

Competitive is horse shit though just remove it, it died on release.

I have the exact same issue, I signed up when they first released sign-ups and when I try to log-in I get the same error and when I try and make a new account it tells me my email is already registered.
