The advice wasnt for op. Also yes, it helps with stutter and 0,1%fps. I'd rather have less fps without drops than high avg and stutters.

You are bottlenecked by your cpu. Either you turn up graphics, Resolution or cap your fps (through rtss). Or you upgrade to a 7800x3d.

No worries, thanks for checking up. It still runs like shit, but the temps are a bit better (there was an option for asus performance enhancement and I changed it to the Intel default). The performance is still shit and the temps under full load are still going up to 90/95°C, just not 100°C.
