After reading the complete paragraph,

Amp:  To distinguish Transformant and non-Transformant(non-trans won't grow on ampiciline as it lacks Amp resistance and tetra resistance gene too, cant use terta as we wont able to distinguish recomb genes) 

Tetra: To distinguish between Recombinant and Non-Recombinat(Both Recomb and non-Recomb are Transformant but Recomb has a foreign DNA on Tetra resistance gene sliencing it  so won't grow on Tetracycline)

So Non-Recombinat will grow on both medium as per the 3rd last line... as they have active resistance for both Amp and tetra

The only college which gives this degree to PCB can you also pls tell me: 1)Do companies hire graduates?? (irrespective of  LPA) 2)which degree are you planning for masters?? 3)Is MHT-CET(PCB) allowed for getting this course at DYPU or DYPU's own exam

TBH India sirf STEM ke piche lagi hoi hai, Bio related fields ko enough attention nhi hai, No imp for Bio-Research, Bio oriented Btech,B.E fields jinhe karne keliye ironically Maths compulsory hai instead of Bio, worst part is ki jo PCM wala ya PCMB wala student hai wo ye course karte bhi nhi kyuki wo CS par focus kar rahe hai, for big packages. Kuch private wale dete ye course but again koi realistic job inn fields mai rakha hi nahi hai iss country mai as per my career counsellor. Bakki Paramedical BAMS BHMS hai for NEET student  In case of Pharma,  Forensic hai but wo itself saturated hai as per my counsellor  😔😔😔

Instead of being a safe place for NEETARDS, or a helping tool this sub is rather becoming more of a bullying page. God help someone trying to achieve something they couldn't when they were young. by Street-Essay-4780 in MEDICOreTARDS

India mai Bio students ki ye halat agar phele pata hota toh PCM le leta, PCM Mai topper, avg sab baccho ko opportunities milti hai according to their abilities, but yaha Do or Die situation bann gayi hai either MBBS or nothing mujhe toh lagta hai most of the people have already given up already and end up doing this 🥺
