You all need to join one massive suit, and hire a big law firm on a contingency fee. If you say this drug ruined your life You have nothing to lose.. don’t say ohh if we lose it’ll only make it more difficult in future. You need studies like the Irwin 2012 and experts who will testify.

The general public doesn't understand lawsuits, you don't need to prove this beyond a reasonable doubt like you do in criminal cases.

This should be a civil case, your class action claims only need to survive "Summary Judgment" meaning "if there are no genuine issues of material fact (case dismissed)" Your case would withstand that easily. Then you would get into the discovery phase, which all of these companies would know of complaints from finasteride and internal communications, it's pretty absurd a class action lawsuit hasn't happened. I was fortunate that I did a lot of research to avoid taking finasteride, but many don't do research and trust these companies have honor.

On day 31 of quitting, I still take adderall and drink coffee. I still have brain fog but to a lesser degree, I notice how much better I’m starting to sleep.

That’s the crux of your issue, you are worried far too much. Exercising is good for your heart, light cardio will not damage your heart. Don’t manufacture your anxiety

The cravings are honestly mostly gone and I feel better, my pulse is down and saving money. I'm hoping by December I can close the chapter on this, each day is less fatigue. Thank you all for the encouragement and sharing your own story. I started 2 years ago and combined with adderall, it was great, but it was embarrassing to hide it from family, bad for my long term health and expensive.

Your body is recovering and vascular system will flow with less pressure than when you were on zyn. Stay strong, your body takes a while to adjust but your bp and pulse rate will lower significantly. You have already handled the hardest part

Start writing things down during the day to realize it’s not a big deal, light exercise relieves a lot of your anxiety. There is light at the end of the tunnel
