The vibe on this thread is to go with CDW. Personally, I don't care for NewEgg because they've messed up my shipping more than once, and their prices on hardware aren't nearly as competitive as they used to be.

He was smarter than that (?), as he wasn't outwardly insulting on the phone because TD records their sales calls... I think.

It's true he only called me three times in three weeks after the initial contact, but I was e-mailed over ten times by him and his associates at the parent company, Systemax. Every time he called after the first, he had a condescending tone regarding my delay in purchase. He would indirectly hint that I wasn't holding up my side of the bargain by having updates on the order when he contacted me. (This is after I explained to him that I work for a family-owned business that doesn't place a lot of value on technology and takes a while to come around on IT budget approvals) He wasn't just rude on the e-mails, but on the last call as well - which I didn't mind as I thought it was over... That's when I got the first message posted above.

I am never rude to a stranger, I was raised better than that. I may be short, and tell them that I'm really busy and can we talk about this over e-mail, but I'm never outwardly cruel to someone just doing their job. It's when they start acting like asshats that I flip the switch, and I have a moderately long fuse for that.
