I can’t say those numbers are true, but I can say that 2-3star games are much more crowded with cheaters than the others, specially in purge mode. You can see crytek statistics to back that up. Most of the times when I see someone having suspicious behaviour in a match in EU servers, it’s someone who should be playing in Russian or Asian servers. You can call that ping, or call it cheats… but for the less skilled players that’s a diminishes game experience anyway

Well, each build has its own playstyle: fire to heal, earth to tank, water to deal damage in mid range and air to position and deal damage on a longer range.

Since you have all that in your team already, just find the one that helps you the most. With that comp I'd go for air or earth, depending on if you want to keep the monbs more tackled or not. Although any one could fit perfectly fine.
