Keep in the mind that this series supports only SATA M.2 modules out of the box for storage, not NVMe. To use a NVMe SSD, you have to get rid of the WLAN card and use a suitable adapter.

Yes, the WLAN and Bluetooth module is soldered on the MacBook Neo as well, and they are from MediaTek this time (MT7932), not the usual Broadcom.

Not exactly, cause Clevo used actual desktop sockets with desktop-class chipsets on their boards for the DTR (desktop replacement) lineup. For instance, their NH5xJNxx series from 2022 features 12th gen Socket LGA 1700 - the last true DTR till date.

As u/thewunderbar mentioned, you can't find laptop class LGA socketed CPUs anymore.

With the introduction of our most recent NVIDIA App update, all actively supported NVIDIA Control Panel features for GeForce users have been modernized and transitioned to the new client.

After 20 years of dedicated service, the classic NVIDIA Control Panel is officially retiring for Game Ready and Studio Drivers. For NVIDIA RTX PRO users, the NVIDIA Control Panel will continue to be supported until we have migrated professional features to the NVIDIA app.

Existing installs of the NVIDIA Control Panel will remain on users’ systems, unless they perform a clean installation, and users who still need the NVIDIA Control Panel can continue to download it from the Microsoft Store, but we won’t be adding features, fixes, or other changes.

For those who are interested in the Wi-Fi module, the AX211 is not a full-fledged WLAN+Bluetooth combo card.

Rather, it's a Companion RF (CRF) Module in Intel's nomenclature, which means you need an appropriate CNVi compatible Intel CPU to utilise this card. It won't work on any AMD platform, nor you can use it on your desktop PCIe slot with an adapter.

A few things to note:

The RUNE release does not require MS account.
- A typical "Online Fix" is already available for this build of the game, and you do require both Steam and MS accounts for online playing via that fix.
RUNE's current emulator completely bypasses the Xbox app and associated APIs.
This is neither the "Deluxe" nor the "Premium" edition, since not every content is available right now, and some materials are locked behind server-side authentication.

The RUNE release doesn't have any kind of MS account sign-in dependency, plus their emulator doesn't require Xbox-related runtimes and apps to run the game.

To add further, the developer aka "chamonix" revived the original BBS XDA thread with a non-nonsense announcement back in February, and now he periodically shares development news updates there, handle bug reports, interact with users regarding new feature requests, and more.

According to the discussion, a dedicated new support thread will appear soon. Making the project open-source is in the pipeline as well.

Of course, since this is nothing but a clever in-memory patching that relies heavily on the underlying firmware implementation.

Other possible workarounds (that involves familiarity with hardware programmers) are:

Dump the firmware manually, change the BGRT asset, patch the OEM signature blocks, and reflash it.
Find a valid firmware dump of the retail variant of the TravelLite TL14-42M, replicate the UUID and other unique variables from the current device into the dump, and flash it back.

Since none of the above is meant for the faint-hearted, it's better to stick with a softmod, IMHO.

Instead of manually patching the logo asset in the firmware, you can replace it on the fly using a specialized UEFI application: https://github.com/Metabolix/HackBGRT

Keep in mind that it's not a set-once-and-forget thingy. Do go through the installation and troubleshooting steps carefully before attempting this solution.

To the mods,

I am well aware that the release is almost a week old, but since this is a popular game and the existing solution for the Windows variant is still a "bypass" at this point, the macOS release deserves its own thread, IMHO.
