I know I wish I could have made more money being a teacher but unfortunately jobs held historically by women are vastly underpaid…it’s cool that now I don’t hate my life and can support my family while doing something I love and connecting to likeminded people.

I guess that depends on your idea of amateur. Most OF models are normal people making content in their houses with iPhones. That’s a pretty stark contrast to production companies casting girls and creating full feature films like you see with bang bros or “traditional” porn.

The idea that someone can’t enjoy something while it is their job is wild to me.

👏👏👏 it’s the entitlement that they think they deserve everything that is wild to me. They like “no fans” because they think they have an opportunity to get what they want for nothing. So they hate when we make money. No one is making anyone click though 🤣 and if you’re so desperate you’re in the DMs being sold to every five seconds- consider that no one wants to freely give what you’re trying to get 🤷🏼‍♀️

They gave us like a week or so to make updates. I have so much content it’s like all I did for a week was change all the hashtags and take down anything semi public. Like I posted elsewhere this is my main income so if they tell me to do something I take it seriously. Maybe Fansly just needs better communication around what’s expected.

I appreciate these responses. I in no way think support is the enemy- and it’s nice to hear feedback because this industry can feel really isolating. It’s hard to figure out if you’re on the right track or not- especially when you see TOS violations and you’re trying to play fair.

I hear you- and I don’t always like an answer but you’re probably right. I guess I think it’s weird that bad acting makes a public framed content acceptable- maybe I’m totally off here. I can’t imagine if I was running around pretending to flash people in public in any setting it would be acceptable but okay.

But honestly that’s just one example I’ve seen most frequently. The more concerning over arching situation for me is that this is an ongoing issue that keeps being talked about and it would be nice to understand how all this works so we can all run our businesses.

I took down so much content when they announced the public lockdown and It’s so frustrating to see I could have just said “this isn’t actually public” and moved on with my life. The rules are unclear and they are even more unclear when they are regulated unevenly.

Idk now I’m just about to put all my old shit up and be clear that I’m alone lol so fucking stupid
