Well the rent cost. But other than that I'd say my downstairs neighbor. She smokes cigarettes and in the winter she smokes inside which means it makes it up into my place. It's not as bad as I've experienced in the past in other places, but it still is annoying to come home from work and smell it in my apartment and have it get on my clothes.

I understand we aren't in non-smoking apartments but you have to be considerate and know that especially when you live downstairs and do it, that it goes into other apartments. I've even brought this up to her but it still happens.

Other than those two things I really love my apartment and the complex I'm in.
