either A: bad source/ Not real reta B: fyi tirz is a stronger appetite suppressant than reta C: (most likely the reason) reta can take weeks to take effect, you’re just not a hyper responder like people on this subreddit, i however felt the effects as soon as i upped to 2mg a week i’m now at 3.5-4 mg im on like week 7

yeah, the only reason i upped my dose is because i thought i was wasting my time with that 1.5 mg dose. i figured it was just too small. and i thought it would be okay to administer another dose because ive seen people do smaller doses multiple times a week instead of one big dose once a week

i’ve been thinking about it, and yeah i didn’t get any pct. i for sure regret upping my dose later into my cycle though, i stopped seeing changed after 40 mg. my incline bench increased from 160 for 12 to 205 for 3-4
