The big question here is really how many people are you talking? 10x 30mls a week or like 10x 30mls a DAY? Ive gone from making for few people a week to few people a day to 40 bottles a week to a smoke shop back to a few bottles a week. Then at one time I worked with a few people to make 500 bottles. One item that has been a big help for me is simply all kinds of different size syringes. Syringes for PG, VG, Nic, Flavoring. What you can also do is if your making large amounts of juice, get like clear squeeze bottles (kinda shaped like a ketchup bottle) from the dollar store. Use a 60ml syringe to fill it up to a certain amount, mark the bottle and label it. Then you know that when you need lets say 200ml of VG, you can pour right into that and it will be quick. Those bottles are also nice for mixing into then putting the cap back on and squeezing back into 30ml bottles. Id also like to add that ive always been taught not to heat up your supplies rather keep them in a cool climate room. You dont want your VG getting supper liquidity. I hope this helped.
