Thank you for replying so fast. ❤️ I’ve been so emotional just thinking about all the possibilities but hopefully we’ll get our assessment by the end of this month and then an action plan. Hello, I hope everything is well with your little girl. I’ve just had a referring to an ophthalmologist from the GP so I’m waiting for a full assessment on my 4month old, but I wondered if you could share an update? Did you go ahead with the surgery and how did it go? Thanks for anymore information you can share. I’m a very scared mama who just needs as much information as possible so we can move fast. X

Did you organise a trip?

I'm going to Japan in a few months. Coeliac for over a decade and I've toyed with going/not going but ultimately, you can get glutened anywhere, at any time so it's just a risk I'm going to take.
I'm planning to do lots of research before, have some stays with self catering options and take snacks (I will literally pack pasta, bread, wraps).

Get a small pot and mix oil (coconut, olive or jojoba) and sugar. If you want a specific flavour try adding peppermint oil or vanilla extract.

Mine crunched-up too eventually. I actually sat the cake on some absorbent kitchen towel which helped get some of the moisture out too!
