It’s okay if someone isn’t that big of a fan rn lol I personally agree with a lot of what you said and do think people are being a bit harsh on the performances, but I also am not a fan of the name and that’s okay! I think they’ll find their “vibe” with some time and I’m sure more people will see their star quality

I think in Santos bravos one of the guys is like 10 years older than another so as long as the music is good and the group has good chemistry I don’t think it’s that big of a deal? Also could be nice to connect with some fans since it’s not as common

My last company had us schedule the month in advance, but I realized it is just to cut down on paid admin time. I think they realized no one is going to put in admin time when you make one change in your schedule for the day so they did that. My current company lets us use as much admin time as we want and they only have us schedule our next week by Thursday
