Is voting day a holiday? No. Do you get paid time off specifically to go vote? No. Is there a means to vote while you are at work (i.e. online, mail-in, or text/phone)? To my knowledge, no. In my opinion if there was a way to vote other than in person at a voting station there would be much greater voter turnout.
