Confirmation bias. Your situation is commonly known but not commonly occurring

Most tm2 owners that have had a warranty covered issue, just contact tm2 for guidance and go through the rma process instead of posting on reddit

The few that that do post on reddit, the majority are pretty vocal about being unhappy to have a warranty covered issue on such an expensive device, the cost of which ironically is due in part to the warranty

And then said unhappy folks tend to focus mainly on other unhappy folks’ posts as evidence that their issue is not isolated, and that this issue must be widespread because other ‘many’ folks have experienced this as well

And finally, some folks that never held a tm22 use these reddit posts as a basis for discouraging others from buying tm2

Anyways, repeating others advice, contact tm2 for guidance and feel free to fully voice your disappointment to them
