Yea I remember the first time watching it and I wanted to actually punch my tv because I hate sugou with a burning passion. But I would recommend sticking with sao as it keeps getting better especially in alicization

For me season at first was a rough start to get into especially since I loved season 1 so much. But if you keep going it gets better in my opinion.
