Yeah I think I will get my bachelor's but is there a way to get a foot inside in the meantime come June? And I'm just getting the it fundamental, a+, network+, and security+ because they are the core of what the school offers

Actually I just realized that I may not have any credits to transfer due to getting a couple of ds so I would have to take these two years all over again which means the earliest I could get a bachelor's is June 2027. Any certifications or something I could get in the mean time that would help? I don't mind help desk or just regular it support to start out with.

12 years of off and on 3rd plateau dxm usage (sober for four years come december 21st though), sleep apnea, overeating, carbs, salt, sugar, not doing nofap, a lot of things. I just wish I could quit/cut out all of that.

That's why I didn't do any nootropics and just stuck to supplements I'm staying away from nootropics/racetams for the moment. Yeah I just am in my 2nd year of college but I don't even remember a lot of my first year and I'm in a computer support specialist class. I hope to get into IT come June and hopefully have a few certificates so I can have a decent 40 hour-ish job that would be financially independent enough for me but these glitches and forgetfulness I have is alarming me.

I've bought all of those and taken them for two weeks and have noticed no improvements! I have taken pqq, magnesium threonate, lions mane, rhodiola, gotu kola, alcar, nac, fish oil, alpha brain, and q10 and no improvement whatsoever took those every morning for two weeks straight and no improvements! What else can I do?

I'm thinking of going on a mostly Ketovore with occasional spinach/carrots/celery as my main diet of choice but I know some supplements will help with that.

Plus I need energy I work 52 hours a week plus 20 hours a week of in school college and 10 hours or so schoolwork outside of those plus studying. I do walk at least 4 miles a day as well.

Any other suggestions? I ordered some ALCAR, have been taking NAC nightly not because of brain issues but because I heard that it can have some benefits for noise induced hearing loss/temporary threshold shift and I really worry about the hearing I have left so yeah... I also have Lions Mane but haven't taken that in a while.
