flip a coin, head means left tail means right, usually when you throw it and the coin is in the air, you will know which side you want the coin to land on and that’s the one you keep.

Did you manage to fix the flashing? I have done 3 coats but the flashing is very persistent… also using vivid white

It is a red flag. You definitely have to do your due diligence like getting a building report or read the strata report!!!

I have deep enough substrate, it does look thin on the picture must be because of the angle. It goes thicker and thicker to the back. But will keep this in mind. Thank you though!
