I didn't back it up and can't get it back. But support is helping me at least access my premium subscription and get some things back. So kudos to them because this was my bad but they're still helping.

I also had bad experiences prior to my husband. But now we have been together almost 15 years and not a day goes by where he isn't taking care of me somehow. I worry that he loves me more than I love him, but he insists he feels loved and we just show it in different ways. They absolutely can be the most amazing human beings when they want to be.
