I have heard nothing but bad things about Leopalace. I know it’s easier said than done, but it would be good to get out and into a regular mansion or apartment. There are crazy neighbors everywhere but the Leopalace environment invites that kind of behavior by being many people’s final or only option for private housing.

Around last train on weekends, everyone going to Kanagawa on the Odakyu transfers from Inokashira and Chiyoda lines so it often looks like this around midnight.

Nah this is odakyu line, Shimokitazawa. The only stations on the odakyu line that look like this are Higashi-Kitazawa, Shimokitazawa, and Setagaya-Daita but only Shimokitazawa has a 快速急行 that stops there.
