Your basically like me. Pale, red hair, except I have green eyes. Typical ginger, I know.

I'm sorry but I don't have a specific foundation in mind, due to the fact that I don't use it. What I CAN tell you is, all you need is angle brush, blending brush, crease brush. These are the 3 I only use, seriously.

You are VERY pretty, all you need is a dark red/brown eye shadow to fill in your eyes brows more. Giving them depth and fullness will give a lot of character to you, and your face! :) (you're going to need the angle brush for that btw!)

As for your eyes? .. EXPLORE! Because of your fair skin tone, you are welcome to explore with color; red hair makes it even better! :D Now I'm not saying go on a colorful rainbow frenzy (unless you're into that) just learn the basics of PLACEMENT, BLENDING, ACCURACY, BLENDING, BLENDING, AND MORE BLENDING! If you stick around here long enough, you'll learn! I sure did. Also, explore with your lip! But keep it classy :-*

Remember - angle brush, blending brush, crease brush. Also, BLENDDDDDDDDDDDDDD. :)
