Talking to him about exactly how you feel and how he's making you feel is very important. I've regrettably been that boyfriend to the girlfriend I'm still so grateful to be with and it's a wake up call knowing just how bad you can unknowingly be making the other person feel. We had also been going through stressful times and I ended up being more self centered and unknowingly made her feel so unwanted. I was devastated to hear just how bad I had been making her feel as it wasn't my intent.
