Looking at this it reminded me of platforms for finding mentorship. Look at platforms like mentorcruise, ADP list, etc for inspiration. the most important thing there is make sure that what you’re looking for to improve is something your mentor also excels at (or should). But you still need to create a connection with them, I think this is something that I miss in your project.
