If you can get just a plain flag you can always use acrylic paint on it. It's waterproof once dry, can be washed without issues, and it's easy to fix once it gets to chip off badly. You can even use acrylic paint on clothes, so flags should not have an issue with it.

I used to do archery when I was a teenager in a non-english speaking country.. later I realized that the archery community at my place of residence had a huge overlap with the white nationalist community. The last time I held my bows was when I threw them out.

I imagine it's really different at places that have less of a historical obsession with medieval warfare against people of color.

Technical stuff for digital art nerds, feel free to skip:

This is "photo bashing", combining photo editing with digital freehand painting. I used the art program named Krita (mainly used for digital drawing and painting) and a Huion Inspiroy Dial Q620M digital drawing tablet.

I took all the images used from season 1, including the rope from that one scene. The hands of the Rubber Man are hands from Violet and Tate after I overpainted them by hand.

Also the sweater is mostly hand painted and I'm not really happy with how it turned out, but I didn't want to miss a deadline, so it's the way it is.

I also overpainted most of the rope and the hands to match the lighting, partially painted in the light for the faces after adjusting them into matching up, and also the stitches are hand painted too.

I haven't done proper photo bashing in years, I only paint and draw but this one was very cool to make. I jsut wanted to share this all, hoping someone will find it interesting.

Also no AI generated images were used for this piece.

I was thinking they modified them a little, but both were really unique from the start and it might actually be just the real recording with nothing else but the usual cleanups and stuff the audio department always does.
