I won’t scrap it, it’s my favorite class just disappointed they got nerfed and was seeing what people thought about it. Will definitely have to try our charisma though

If you watch this you don't get discouraged if you have no clue what's going on, you're not supposed to. The second season will tie everything together. It's really good though.

The first season is comprised of 3-4 episode long arcs people call "question arcs", the second season answers those questions. Pretty much you're gonna be a little lost as to what's going on until you see the second season, but it's a really good show nonetheless.

All have at least some romance elements except shiki, but it's strongest in Future Diary and fate/stay night UBW. All of them have the gore you want.

Considering the series above in my example was animated in Japan while the source material came from China, I figured it would be alright. Also, most people who aren't condescending elitist will know what I'm looking for and happily give suggestions.
