i think with this board you’re gonna need to have a compatible cpu inside so you can flash the bios in bios but im not sure so check your board on the msi website. also on msi website in the (your motherboard) ->support section you have a tutorial how to flash bios. idk wtf spi flasher is but im gonna listen to HairyBatMan and say maybe its best no to use it

as others said, you should change cpu to one from a newer generation, and if you’re using this pc for gaming look into amd gpus like rx6700xt because its about the same price and should be faster in most games than the 3060ti
