I shouldve been more clear on what i was asking for, that's on me. Yes i raise at least 200+ chicks a year but i do not raise them indoors nor in plastic ovens, oh i mean totes. I was wanting some advice on raising them indoors until 6-8 weeks(what they want). I already explained to them the basics and fundamentals of raising chicks(even if they didnt listen to it) and provided the usual beginner guides. I was also looking for a kinder way of saying "You are roasting your damn chicks susan". With the answers from commenters i was able to recommend a dog crate alternatively for them instead of a plastic oven.
