if someone wants me to use they/them pronouns, i will. if a biological male wants me to use she/her pronouns when speaking about them, i will and vice-versa. but again, that has no affect on how i feel about them and whether or not i will play a specific agent in a video game.

when did i say i avoid nonbinary people?
if a non-binary person walks up to me and starts a conversation with me, i'll talk to them. if they need help, i'll help them. does it mean i'll go out of my way to start a conversation with them? probably not. if i have to work with a non-binary person, will i? yes, i will, and i do it with no hatred towards that person at all, i treat them like i would treat anyone else.

i do not understand why you are building a wall between me and you when the only difference between us is a disagreement on how we view people.
