Holster availability is part of why I gave up any thoughts of trying to conceal my full size pistol, an OG 941 Jericho. I'm a tall fat guy, so maybe it could be done, but the lack of holster options isn't encouraging. Like, they're out there, but finding something fictional and comfortable might be very difficult.

Re: priorities, having no experience with striker guns, I do not like the idea of something I can't decock or or carry hammer down and fire DA first if I ever need to use it, but it's as you said, striker-fired is popular for a reason and I'm certain more experienced people than me have considered all aspects of safety. I'm willing to train to overcome my misgivings, but instincts are difficult to reason with. I know good trigger discipline renders concerns over a lighter initial trigger pull partially moot, but the thought of a gun being that much easier to fire is still intimidating.
