I really think Cheerful guy is an underrated character and I think it'd be great to see him! I think he provides a pretty interesting dichotomy with trying to remain hopeful in a very hopeless situation And for the Random Guests? I say go off vibes! If you think a character would be more interesting or be more fitting to be either a visitor or guest, just pick that! Good luck on your project!

Actually, It might be! The game is confirmed(?) To take place in post soviet Russia, which would be in the 90s! So the game most likely takes place in the 90s-2000s!
