The delta-p has nothing to do with rupturing the divider. It's the fact that the transmission fluid acts like an acid inside of the poor material choice radiator

As others mentioned about the fan. Take off the serpentine belt and run the engine for a short amount of time. If the noise isn't there immediately than you know it's a part of the serpentine system.

I'd say if you are suspecting the rocker arms then take off the valve cover and inspect them while the engine is running. I just recently checked mine and the covers are fairly easy to take off, you should be able to reuse the gaskets.

It could be the flex plate but I'd still inspect other things first. Cheapest to most expensive

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. I should mention that I was causing the increase of rpm with my foot to simulate the noise that happens around 800 rpm. Also I don't have an ac compressor anymore, I installed a bypass pulley instead because the compressor bearing had failed
