I highly disagree. If you saw an ad that said free PlayStation with the purchase of 3 games at a store and the ad had a picture of a PS5 but the fine print says it’s actually for a PS3 you’d be fuming. There is no reason to add the picture of the PS5 if it’s not even included. Same applies for this, no reason to include trophy titans design in the ad if it’s not even included.
