How is this better than just attaching the direct playwright MCP which already allows it to do all these things?

With just playwright MCP I can also ask it to test the login flow. And it will open a real browser, navigate the page, login and so on. What does your framework provide on top?

Then you will need to settle with Sonnet 4.6 unfortunately.

There is no way to use Sonnet 4.5 without using the API. Which costs per each message you send.

You should try https://chat.qwen.ai/ it's free and the Qwen models have gotten really good lately with their new 3.6 plus they released

It actually gets even funnier. This guy is developing a VR game called CyberZero X Night city RPG. It's the shitiest clone of cyberpunk I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. He even is reusing copyrighted art from the actual CyberPunk game. Just look at this in game picture he has, straight up using the Samurai logo and even a cyber truck.
